Settings

The following options are available in the Portal Menu:

• Access Management: View, add, and remove access for various Users.

• Entitlements: Entitlements add different apps to your organization. The service provided is tied to a contract number and has a defined start date and expiry date.

• Invite Users: Send an invitation email to a new User.

• Create New Organization: Create an organization. Organizations are collections of applications, users, and resources that can be accessed and managed using FactoryTalk Hub.

• Join Organization: Join an existing organization.

• Approve Users: Approve Users who have requested to join your organization.

• Invitation Management: View the status of invitations sent for your organization.
