If you have not set up the client side applets for the computer on which you are using the FactoryTalk Remote Access service, you can use Download to quickly go to the Software Downloads page and download the tools.

FactoryTalk Remote Access Tools have to be installed on the computer of the technician who will be providing the remote assistance.

If multiple technicians using different computers require access to FactoryTalk Remote Access services, then FactoryTalk Remote Access Tools should be installed on each technician’s PC.

After downloading the tools, double-click the downloaded installation file and follow the on-screen instructions.
