Email Invitations#

Operations Hub provides you with the ability to invite others to participate in your organization. Once the new user account’s details are provided, an email invitation will be delivered to them. The available roles and resources for invitees are:

  • Resource

    • Vault

  • Role

    • Administrator

    • Contributor

To send an Invitation#

  1. On the Hub Manager page, click the OPEN button to the right of Invite Users.

  2. Choose a role and a resource for the new User.

  3. Enter the User’s email address into the text field. Use a semicolon to separate multiple email addresses.

  4. Click SEND INVITE to send an email invite to the specified User.
