Log details

The FactoryTalk Remote Access service contains a real-time log of activities on the domain. From this log you can see detailed information, such as:

• Which browser was used to open a session with the service

• When the service connected to the remote access server

• When the server validated the access request

• When a transaction started

• The amount of packet loss, latency, and jitter in the network communications

• When a transaction completed

• When authentication succeeds

• When authentication fails
